Pool Responders provides a range of pool-related services, including pool cleaning, filter cleaning, pool maintenance, repair and replacement, pool chemicals, opening and closing of pools, and pool start-up services. Our services are available in Coryell County, Waco, Killeen, Copperas Cove, Gatesville, and surrounding cities. We strive to deliver our services with the utmost professionalism and care, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Use of Services
By using our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your pool as required for us to perform the services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and passwords related to your use of our services. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Payment Terms
Payment for our services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment methods. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that you authorize us to charge the amount due for the services. If payment is not received or is declined, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the services.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies happen, and we will do our best to accommodate last-minute changes when possible.

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Pool Responders will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or loss of profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our services is to stop using them.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pool Responders, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Pool Responders operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
